Do I need a LOLER inspection?
Yes. Under the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998, all lifts in use must be thoroughly examined by a competent engineer at least every 6 months if carrying persons and every 12 months for goods only.

Will a stairlift fit a narrow staircase?
In most cases, yes. Our engineers assess the staircase width, headroom and turning radius before recommending a solution. We won't sell you something that won't work.

How long does a lift installation take?
Timescales vary by project. A straightforward stairlift typically takes half a day. Commercial passenger lift installations are planned in detail to minimise disruption to your operations.
